Red Panda Studio is a professional, fully equipped podcast studio located in the heart of Lisbon. We provide everything you need to create high-quality podcast content, including professional audio and video recording equipment, technical support, and post-production services.

Where are you located?

We are located at Largo Vitorino Damásio 4, 1200-766 Lisbon, Portugal. We're close to Santos train station, the new Santos Metro station, and approximately 10 minutes walk from Cais do Sodre.

Who operates Red Panda Studio?

Red Panda Studio is operated by Keenear Holding AB, a Swedish company (org. nr. 556902-0026) founded by Marcus Nordquist, a tech entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in software development.

Booking & Availability

How do I book a session?

You can book a session by sending us an email at info@redpandastudio.pt with your preferred dates, times, and session duration. We'll confirm availability and send you booking confirmation.

What is the minimum booking duration?

The minimum booking duration is 2 hours.

Can I book on weekends?

Yes! We offer special full-day weekend packages. Contact us for availability and pricing details.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least one week in advance to ensure availability. However, we do accept last-minute bookings when possible.

Pricing & Payment

What are your rates?

• 2-hour session: 120 EUR
• 4-hour session: 240 EUR
• Full day (weekend): 400 EUR

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is accepted via International Bank Transfer. Full payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

When is payment due?

Full payment must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, unless otherwise arranged.

Equipment & Services

What equipment is included?

Our studio is fully equipped with professional audio recording equipment, including high-quality microphones, mixing consoles, and acoustic treatment. We also have video recording capabilities for video podcasts.

Do you provide technical support?

Yes! Technical support is included with all bookings. Our team can assist with equipment setup, recording, and basic troubleshooting.

Do you offer post-production services?

Yes, we offer a range of post-production services including editing, formatting, content optimization, and marketing services. These services are available at additional cost. Contact us for a quote.

Can I record DJ sets?

Our studio is fully equipped for producing professional DJ sets and music sessions.

Studio Policies

Can I bring guests?

Additional guests must be pre-approved and are subject to studio capacity limits for safety and acoustic reasons. Please inform us when booking if you plan to bring additional people.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Food is only permitted in designated areas, not in the main recording space. Water is allowed in the studio.

Is smoking allowed?

No, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

What happens if I'm late?

Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend your booking time, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early.

Cancellations

What is your cancellation policy?

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes, you can reschedule your booking free of charge with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.

Content & Rights

Who owns the content I create?

You retain full ownership of all content created during your session. We do not claim any rights to your recordings or productions.

Is my project confidential?

Yes, we treat all client projects as confidential. We will not disclose information about your sessions or content without your explicit consent.
