Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Red Panda Studio services, operated by Keenear Holding AB (org. nr. 556902-0026). By booking our studio or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email. A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from Red Panda Studio and payment of any required deposit.

2.2 Minimum Booking

The minimum booking duration is 2 hours. All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

2.3 Pricing

  • 2-hour session: 120 EUR
  • 4-hour session: 240 EUR
  • Full day (weekend): 400 EUR

All prices are in Euros and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Method

Payment is accepted via International Bank Transfer only. Full payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

3.2 Payment Schedule

Full payment must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Client Cancellations

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

4.2 Studio Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Red Panda Studio must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Studio Rules

5.1 Punctuality

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals do not extend the booking time unless prior arrangements have been made.

5.2 Equipment

All studio equipment must be handled with care. Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment caused during their session. Damage costs will be assessed and billed accordingly.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking anywhere on the premises
  • Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances
  • Food consumption outside designated areas
  • Recording of illegal or harmful content

5.4 Guest Policy

Additional guests must be pre-approved and are subject to studio capacity limits for safety and acoustic purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created during your session at Red Panda Studio belongs exclusively to you. We do not claim any rights to your recordings, productions, or creative work. However, we may request permission to use anonymized session photos for promotional purposes.

7. Liability

7.1 Studio Liability

Red Panda Studio maintains appropriate insurance coverage. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from:

  • Client negligence or misuse of equipment
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Technical failures beyond our reasonable control
  • Force majeure events

7.2 Client Liability

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio property, equipment, or premises during their booking.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your projects. Our staff will not disclose information about your sessions or content to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

10. Amendments

Red Panda Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
